Obviously, we try to assess as much as we can over the phone, however, situations can arise from time to time where we will need to seek your approval or quote on extra work to be carried out. We will always seek your approval before proceeding.
The most important things to let you know upfront are:
1. Our warranty does not cover plumbing issues.
2. We do not cover against the area going moldy or sealants discoloring over time.
3. We do not cover building movement.
The hourly rate a plumber charge depends on a variety of factors including the materials used and the time spent. Plumbers charge between $40 and $75 an hour.
The average cost for a plumber to repair a broken pipe is $100-400.
